As a sailor, you will assist in loading and unloading goods, docking and mooring the ship and deck maintenance. You will ensure a safe and tidy working environment and assist with various tasks during sailing. You will also work together with the rest of the crew.
As a helmsman, you are responsible for the navigation and safe navigation of the ship, together with the captain. You direct the crew, supervise loading and unloading operations, and ensure that everything on board goes according to schedule and regulations.
As captain, you are in charge on board and responsible for the safety of ship and crew, communication with clients and compliance with regulations. You make important decisions while sailing and monitor the progress of the voyage.
